The path winds through the hillsides of Gaillac where the vine, very present, marks the landscape with its undulating lines. The hiker will discover a noble heritage (castles) and wine-growing heritage (vine sheds, dovecotes, farm cellars).

The heights of Gaillac
In the heart of the Gaillac vineyards, even the paths celebrate the wine festival... Clay, limestone, and gravel have a taste of the terroir. Broom, blackberries, and raspberries exude aromas. The winemaker's mark, however, leaves its mark of passion.

Tuscany Lisloise
Plains and hillsides, vines, umbrella pines and cypresses transform the medieval fortified town of Lisle-sur-Tarn into a Tuscan city… Occitan, in the summer light and heat. Discover the history of this part of the Tarn by reading its landscape.

Shadows and landscapes
Between undergrowth and vineyard hillsides, this long hike offers interesting contrasts and beautiful glimpses into the Tarn Valley. Part of the route passes through the Sivens Forest.
