Pass Vigneron au Château Les Vignals

Château Les Vignals is located in Cestayrols, in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards, in the South-West, 70 km from Toulouse. Historically, we were one of the first estates to work organically in the 80s. A new team is reconnecting with the past by obtaining the Organic Agriculture label in 2013 and Biodynamics in 2020. In doing so, we have been offering certain vintages certified as “Vin Méthode Nature” since 2022.
Attached to our terroir, we work mainly with local grape varieties, thus offering wines that are off the beaten track and have personality, with flavors and characteristics specific to the vineyard. We work in AOP Gaillac and IGP Côtes du Tarn in order to be able to offer you a range of varied wines (18 labels).
The property has 65ha of vines and 15ha of plantations (cereals, fruit trees, forest), 4 beehives and a flock of 12 ewes and a ram.
We offer a “walk” route through our vines, accessible all year round except during the grape harvest period.
From June to August, you can also book (directly on our website) a picnic basket made up of local products. Also, every Thursday evening in July and August, you can have fun by visiting our Apéro Concerts: imagine tasting our wines accompanied by delicious food from local producers' food trucks, while dancing to the sound of live, live music! This event, which was created 12 years ago, continues to grow year after year with a participation of more than 9000 people during the summer of 2024!
