Explorers of the City! Here is a place, at the foot of a steep street in Cordes sur Ciel, where you can learn all about the village's eventful history and its legends.
Do you know the story of the Mummified Cat? Do you know that the village is built on a network of underground passages? No? Then it's time to come and explore the museum. Equipped with a questionnaire, look for the answers in the objects or texts in the rooms.
– Workshops: calligraphy, weaving, museum notebook and comic strip, embroidery, stone cutting, etc.
– Guided tour of the museum including “Legends of Cordes sur Ciel”: 1 hour workshop + 1 hour guided tour
– “Charles Portal Prize” competition, offered to 5th grade students from Tarn middle schools, around two themes, “History and Architecture” and “Visual Arts”.
– Guided tour + guided walk of the city.
