Discover ancient fruits! In the heart of the sensitive natural area of ​​the ''Vallon de l'Audoulou'', the Conservatory offers a unique learning ground dedicated to the preservation and promotion of cultivated biodiversity.
A fun and enriching immersion in an exceptional fruit heritage, ideal for awakening scientific curiosity and raising awareness among young people about the importance of biodiversity. With more than 700 old varieties of pome fruit trees (apple trees, pear trees) and stone fruit trees (cherry trees, peach trees, etc.), as well as a collection of more than 100 old grape varieties, students will be able to explore the history and richness of these varieties.
