Come on, we're crazy. You're going to create your own wine. The Rouyré wine cellar is organized with many small vats. Each of them contains a varietal wine. You're going to taste, blend, taste again to create the vintage you like. Fred will explain to you at the same time how each of the wines was vinified. and will give you advice to understand the tasting.
After a lot of work (and fun), you'll leave with a bottle of the wine you created.
Then, if you wish, we can bottle the wine you have created and offer you a personalized label, with your name as co-winemaker (minimum 24 bottles)
