A wine that is not new

…but rather from Antiquity because the Gaillac vineyard was exploited very early. However, it was not until the Middle Ages that the cultivation of vines developed, particularly under the impetus of the monks. A radiance quickly disrupted by the wars of religion and then phylloxera. Once again, the men of this terroir were able to bounce back. Today, young winegrowers full of ambition are flying the flag… and the aromas of this vineyard.

Available in 3 colors

The Gaillac vineyard is rich in colors and flavors. From white or pink bubbles to reds for laying down, aged for dozens of months in barrels to soften them, passing by the mineral whites of the Cordais plateau, the richness and diversity of the AOP Gaillac has something to surprise and disorient! One thing is certain: the food and wine pairings will not disappoint any epicurean 😋. And if you are still hesitant, the winemakers will welcome you with open arms to spend a good time around a tasting.
