Day 1
Strolling in the country house
- From the Place aux Couverts and its 13th century fountain, to the view of the old port quays and espalier gardens from the bridge.

A walk among the vineyards
Follow the wine hiking route between Vines and bell towers, to combine the pleasure of escape and wine tasting. Start near the Domaine de Old Borie, at the foot of the Lislois hills, for a stroll in Le Tescou between vines and heritage…

In the summer season

Day 2
Direction Giroussens
Ceramic morning
- Take the road to Giroussens, “City and Crafts” hosting passionate ceramists with golden fingers who share their know-how.
- visit Ceramics Center dedicated to contemporary ceramics with permanent exhibitions on ancient ceramics and the artist Lucie Bouniol, painter-sculptor from Giroussens.
- Direction the Convent Workshops for a short introductory session on clay with Sébastien: basic modeling techniques, collage, assembly using a plate or coil.

A breath of fresh air and exoticism in Les Jardins des Martels, classified Remarkable Garden.

Taste the Gaillac art of living
Morning stroll
Head to the Portanelle district, or the Saint-Jacques district, the former HQ of the fishermen in Gaillac. And take a trip to La Maison des Vins and theSaint-Michel Abbey housing prestigious vintages.

By electric bike with Station's Bee, ride along the vineyard plots and take advantage of the Winegrower Pass to discover the know-how with a tasting stop at a wine estate.
