Just 25 minutes from Toulouse and Albi, Rabastens is halfway between the two towns. Starting from the village, six signposted footpaths lead you through the green countryside, where dovecotes, chapels and small hamlets surrounded by fields, vines and orchards reveal themselves as you walk.
